Cooking in a Carthago is a matter of choice
The "Prof Gourmet" three-burner gas hob is fitted as standard in all models with the option of a Thetford oven and grill or Dometic "Tech Tower" with a gas oven (with or without grill) at eye level above a tall fridge freezer.
