Our daily goal: to do everything in our power to make your dream of owning a Carthago motorhome come true as soon as possible!

The framework conditions and supply chains for manufacturing a premium motorhome are complex. We handle this situation with the greatest possible flexibility.

However, in certain situations delivery delays can occur which we cannot influence or only have a limited amount of influence.

Frequently asked questions

Limited performance of our upstream supply chains, such as in the area of the basic vehicle suppliers, can lead to delivery delays.

If a supplier's supply situation is restricted, we naturally endeavour to do everything in your interest - but also in our own - to ensure the best possible supply. In addition, we organise our production capacities with the maximum possible flexibility for the flow of goods in order to be able to deliver as early as possible.

 

If you have already ordered a Carthago motorhome, your responsible dealer will provide you with information about the status of the delivery. The dealer is your contract partner, and is kept up to date about the current delivery status by us as the manufacturer. 

 

The delivery times depend on numerous factors. These can vary depending on the model, the basic vehicle and the additional equipment. A Carthago dealer in your area would be pleased to advise you.
